2. Booking
Once you've chosen the ideal service for your event, secure your date by making a 20% deposit. This reserves the date and both the bartender and the bar for your special occasion with Caboose & Co.
3. Planning
Once your booking is confirmed, we initiate the planning process. Following your deposit, we'll send you a two-stage questionnaire through Honeybook. The initial part centers on curating the menu, diving into discussions about your signature cocktails and other desired bar offerings. The subsequent questionnaire captures essential information for the day of the event.
4. Party Time
Caboose & Co. will be on-site at your event between 45 minutes and 3 hours prior to its commencement, contingent on the selected service. Our approach to parking and entry will rely on the data gathered during the questionnaire and planning stage. Once settled, we set the mood, constructing the bar to elevate your event's atmosphere.
